YOUR ACCOUNT

If you use the FRANKANDOAK.COM & UNITEDTAILORS.COM site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, as well as for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you are under 18, you may use FRANKANDOAK.COM & UNITEDTAILORS.COM only with involvement of a parent or guardian. Frank & Oak reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

MONTHLY SELECTIONS

As a Frank & Oak member, you will have access to our limited monthly collections. Because our products are kept up to the minute, we always have a limited supply. No item is guaranteed if it goes out of stock, and items will only be available for one month at a time.

BILLING, PAYMENT, & CREDIT CARD INFORMATION

When you place your first order, we will save your credit card information for use on all future purchases. Any automatic billing and/or charges, as per the membership rules described upon sign-up, will be automatically applied to your saved credit card unless you notify us in advance by emailing memberservices@frankandoak.com. We accept Visa and Mastercard as forms of payment. If your payment method reaches its expiration date and you do not edit your credit card information or cancel your account, you authorize us to continue billing that credit card on file including extending the expiration date until we are notified by you or the credit card company that the account is no longer valid. We encourage you to constantly update your payment method information or cancel your account should you wish to discontinue your membership with us.

THE HUNT CLUB & BILLING CYCLE

At the beginning of each calendar month, you can browse and select up to 3 items to add to your Crate. When you confirm your selection, your order will be processed and we will ship it to you as soon as possible. If you'd rather not receive any items for free home try-on, simply press the "skip" button at the top of your shop page. We'll e-mail you when the next issue launches and the process will repeat. If you do not request a Crate or press skip, we will charge your credit card for the value of one item ($45) and credit your account for a future purchase. This only applies to partners who are part of the Hunt Club billing cycle. When you join the Hunt Club, you are eligible to try it for one month risk-free. After one month and full Crate cycle, you will enter the billing cycle. Skipping or ordering a Crate does not limit you from making normal purchases which will still grant you the Hunt Club benefits of free shipping and credit back.

USE OF CREDITS AS PAYMENT

Frank & Oak members are eligible to accrue credits through various means including: referring friends, social media sharing, and making purchases as a Hunt Club partner. Other methods for acquiring credits are in the works, we are constantly looking to create new ways to engage our members. Credits are valid for 12 MONTHS from the date of issue. When checking out, your available credits will be displayed and you have the option to select these as a form of payment. If you do not use all of your credits, the remaining credits will remain in your account. You may not use partial amounts of credit.

CREDITS VIA INVITATION & REFERRAL

Frank & Oak members are eligible to accrue credits through various means including: referring friends, social media sharing, and making purchases as a Hunt Club partner. Credits earned through the Share & Earn program are only redeemable 30 days after the invitee's first purchase with a subtotal above $15. An invitee must purchase within 30 days to grant the inviter store credit.

CONTACTS & INFORMATION IMPORTED VIA SHARING

Any contact information imported or shared with another person may be stored privately by Frank & Oak, as well as the personal information of any recipient. We may also use that recipient's contact information to allow him or her to view and accept your gift, or to allow the recipient to access the information you requested we send.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you’re not completely satisfied with the fit, look, or feel of your Frank & Oak purchase, you can return it for equivalent account credit. Return shipping is on us, and you can print a prepaid shipping label through your account page in the Returns section. All items returned must be in unworn condition, with no stains, tears or visible signs of use or wear. Items must be returned within 15 days of receiving the item, as denoted by www.canadapost.ca or www.fedex.com through tracking number information.

INTERNATIONAL SITE ACCESS

This site, www.frankandoak.com, can be accessed from countries other than the United States and Canada. Frank & Oak may offer products or references to products that are not available outside of the United States and Canada. Any such products or references to products do not imply that such products will be made available outside the United States and Canada. If you access and use www.frankandoak.com outside the United States and Canada you are responsible for complying with your local laws and regulations.

REVIEWS, FEEDBACK, COMMENTS, COMMUNICATIONS, AND OTHER CONTENT

Visitors may post reviews, comments, and other content; and submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information, as long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable, and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of "spam." All items purchased from Frank & Oak are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

Frank & Oak has made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.

All sizes and measurements are approximate, however we do make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been incorrectly published, including prices and promotions.
